Ok so i've used like two other sites before this and both times they hit me with a lower offer after they already had my phone which is so annoying. so i wasnt really expecting much from gadget renu either. shipping took almost a week to get there which was kinda slow but whatever. but then they actually paid me what they said they would, same exact number went to my paypal no funny business. i was pretty surprised ngl. might use them again next time i switch phones or whatever.

I had years of stuff on that MacBook — work files, photos, passwords saved in the browser. I was nervous. They sent me a confirmation email after the wipe and explained exactly what they do. That email honestly made me trust them more than anything else. My husband is selling his next.

I checked like 3 or 4 different sites before going with these guys because they were offering way more for my iPad than anyone else. Honestly thought something was gonna go wrong lol. It did take a little longer than I expected to get paid — was thinking next day but it was more like 4 days after they got it. Not a huge deal but just so you know. Still got way more than I woulda gotten at Best Buy or wherever so I'm not complaining. Would use them again for sure.

I was kind of dreading the process — usually these things involve printing labels and hunting for boxes and waiting forever. This was shockingly simple. Got the quote, printed the label they emailed me, dropped it at USPS, and that was it. Check came through before I even thought to follow up.

So i forgot to mention there was a crack on the back when i sent it in, totally my fault. they came back with a lower offer which was a little annoying but they sent me a pic of the damage and explained why so it wasnt just some random number. still took longer than i expected the whole process. ended up accepting it because it was still pretty fair i guess. just make sure you fill out the condition stuff accurately so you know what to expect lol. probably would use them again tho

We were moving and I had two old iPhones and a Watch just sitting in a drawer. Quoted all three, shipped them together in one box. They processed everything at the same time and sent one payment for the total. Didn't expect it to be that easy when you're selling multiple things. Cleared out the drawer, made $1,240. Not a bad afternoon.
